Pokemon 30th Celebration is also bringing something completely new to collectors: Futuristic Rare cards. These new chase cards feature bold, colorful artwork created by Japanese artist YOSHIROTTEN and seem designed to push Pokémon into its next era while still feeling special enough for collectors to hunt down. Every booster pack includes a Pikachu card.
Not only that, but there are reportedly 30 different Pikachu cards to collect, matching the 30th anniversary theme. Packs are also expected to contain six cards with all cards being foil treatments.
